David S. Van Horn

David Samuel Van Horn, age 84, of Bentley, MI, passed away July 20, 2024 at MyMichigan Health, Midland.  He was born to Ernest and Irene (Bliar) Van Horn in Bentley, April 4, 1940.  David worked 38 years for McCardle Auto as the Service Manager.  In his time off he loved fishing, going to the casino and living on Wixom Lake.

Surviving is his wife, the former Nancy Arthur; children, Howard Van Horn, Gregg Van Horn, Barbie Jo Van Horn and Pamela Darling.  He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; siblings, Ken Van Horn, Jimmy Van horn, Ronnie Van Horn, Marian Geister and Dorothy Welther.  In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by Floyd Van Horn, Larry Van Horn, Frank Van Horn, Jerry Van Horn, Roy Van Horn, Juanita Parkinson, Amelia Arthur, Iva Yankee and Eli Van Horn.

Cremation has taken place.  Arrangements are under the care of Wilson MILLER Funeral Home.
