David H. Franz

David Hosea Franz, age 82 of Midland died Friday January 20, 2012 at Brittany Manor. David was born on April 2, 1929 in St. Joseph, MI, where he was raised and educated. He served with the Air force during the Korean War. David worked as a mail clerk in the banking industry until his retirement and moved to Midland in 2001.

David is survived by his wife Barbara Franz of Midland
Sons: Jeffrey L. Franz of Holland, Gary L. Franz of Kentucky, David Jr. and Anthony J. Franz of FL
Daughters: Cheri L. Wheelock of New Mexico, Terri Ann A. Wilferd and Tina Louise Franz of FL

Step children: Steven Zablocky William Zablocky III, Anthony Zablocky, Rhonda Haley, Stephanie Smith, Wendy Brand, James Zablocky. He is also survived by many grandchildren and step grandchildren.

In accordance with his whishes, cremation has taken place and interment will in Midland City Cemetery with military honors. Arrangements are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home.
