Craig D. Ardner

Craig D. Ardner, age 67 of Lake George, Michigan, passed away at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Midland on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. The son of the late Russell and Mavis Ardner was born on August 15, 1946 in Alma, MI. He was a mechanic in the air force. Craig worked at General Motors for 31 years as a Plant Supervisor and retired in 2003. He married his sweet heart Jonni Ardner May 1989. Craig enjoyed working at their home in Lake George and served on the Lake George board of directors. He loved gardening, cooking breakfast for his family, taking pictures, word search games, computers (IPad), loved everything about the outdoors, cats Buttercup, Max, and Rusty brought him happiness each day, family was his passion. Craig was a man full of laughter and life. We his family, friends and anyone he came in contact with have been touched by his joy of life. We thank him and he will be dearly missed.
Craig is survived by his wife Jonni Ardner; Daughters Tiffany (Ken) Jarnagin, Tommye Willey, Josie Ardner and Son Craig Ardner II and there mother, Dawn (Jim) Dringenberg; his step children, Ken (Monique) Smith, Kristine Norton (Joe George) and Brandy (Ron Beres) Smith; 22 grandchildren and 5 Great Grand children; Sisters Nancy (Mike) Patterson; nephews, Devin and Justin and niece Jenny, Judy (Marvin) Knapp, nephew Lenny and nieces Heather and Angie; Special friends Ric, Peg, and Mike Lieffers.
Memorial service will be held the summer of 2014 at their Lake George home. Donations can be made to Gift of Life in Craig Dean Ardner's name.
