Clara L. (Buckner) Urbanawiz

Clara L. Urbanawiz, age 79 of Midland, passed away Monday December 20, 2021 at Prestige Centre Assisted Living in Mt. Pleasant. The daughter of the late Royalton and Aleitha B. (Rider) Buckner, Sr. was born in Midland on July 30, 1942. Clara enjoyed knitting, reading and going to the casino. On November 7, 1970, Clara married William Urbanawiz and after 47 years of marriage he died on January 16, 2018.

Surviving is her son, Andy (Sharon) Herhold; brothers, Myron and Daniel Buckner; sister, Kimberly Faylor. In addition to her parents and husband, Clara was preceded in death by a son, Roger Herhold; granddaughter, Pamela Herhold; siblings, Thomas, Jerry, Royalton Buckner, Jr., Marlene Graham and Marjorie Pickens.

Funeral and committal services will be held at 2:00 pm. Tuesday December 28, 2021 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Interment will be in Midland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
