Cheryl M. (Stamper) Modlin, age 57, of Midland went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday April 2, 2016 at her residence. The daughter of Floyd Meddaugh and the late Margaret (Seyuin) Meddaugh was born on July 21, 1958 in Midland, MI. Cheryl was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and will be missed greatly by her family and friends. She was born a giver and was always ready to help out anyone in need. Cheryl loved to play bingo and go to the casino.
Cheryl is survived by her father, Floyd (Jean) Meddaugh; daughters, Melissa (Tim), Jennifer, Lindsey, and Danielle (Andrew); grandchildren, of which Cheryl loved more than anything, Emma, Celine, Lexis, Siara, Bella, Elijah, Samantha, Olivia, Leah, Markis and many adopted grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Meddaugh, Larry (Cindy) Meddaugh, and Kevin (Alicia) Meddaugh; sister, Diane (Jim) Greer; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy Meddaugh; step mom, Alice Meddaugh; brother, Donald Meddaugh; sister, Carol Meddaugh; best friend Danny Stamper and husband Ron Modlin.
A celebration of Cheryl's life will take place on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 1 p.m. from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Rev. Rhonda Myers of Chapel Lane Presbyterian Church officiating. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be offered to the wishes of the family.
