Charyl Green

Charyl K. (Bailey) Green, age 65, passed away at home with her family by her side on November 30, 2014 after a short battle with cancer. She was born October 8, 1949 to the late William and Arvada (Corson) Bailey in Flint, Michigan, but was raised and educated in Owosso, Michigan. She graduated from Owosso Beauty Academy in 1967 where she met Vidal Sassoon and was one of his models in one of his shows. Charyl married Thomas N. Green in Byron, MI, he predeceased her on October 8, 2012. She owned and operated Charyl's Clip and Curl until retiring in 1991 to become the daycare provider for her grandchildren.

Charyl is survived by her daughters Raquel Green and her fiancé Timothy Coty, and daughter Kerrie (Green) Cassidy; grandchildren Kenneth Green, Kristin Cassidy, Kaylynn Cassidy, Kollin Cassidy, Miranda Coty, Bailey Green; three great grandchildren Justin Hollar, Haydenn Cassidy and Mason Hollar. She is also survived by her brother Clarence F. Bailey and was predeceased by two brothers and five sisters.

Charyl loved life and her family was everything to her, so we ask in lieu of flowers, please consider the family.
