Charlotte A. McCullough, age 79 of Midland, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday January 9, 2017 at the MidMichigan Medical Center, Midland. The daughter of the late Blaine and Marguerite (Lux) Molitor was born in Saginaw on August 19, 1937 where she was raised and educated. Charlotte was a realtor in the Midland area for many years, an antique dealer, did volunteer work for the Midland Crisis Hot Line and the Midland Literacy Council and was a member of the Midland Antique Society. On June 22, 1957 Charlotte married James C. McCullough. He died on April 23, 2006.
Surviving is her son, John McCullough of Saginaw; daughters, Patricia Emmendorfer, Cathrine (Mark) Hartnagle all of Midland, Mary McCullough of California; grandchildren, Taryan (Phil) Dennis, Katie (Scott) LaFever, Nicholas & Mark Emmendorfer, Chloe Kirsh, Ian McCullough, Polly Jane Leibeskind; sisters, Vivian (Bill) Coyle of Traverse City, Jean (Jerry) Yount of Washington. In addition to her parents and husband Charlotte was preceded in death by her son, Mark and a brother, James Molitor.
A celebration of Charlotte life will take place 2:00 p.m. Sunday January 15, 2017 at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be offered to the Midland Literacy Council which is a part of the Legacy Center for Community Success or the organization of one's choice.
