Charles T. Mcclure

Charles T. McClure, age 77 of Boynton Beach, Florida, formerly of Linwood, Michigan, passed away Sunday November 19, 2017 at Bethesda East Hospital after a short illness. The son of the late Samuel H. and Mildred L. (Bake) McClure was born in Grand Rapids on August 13, 1940. Chuck served in the U.S. Army as a medic during the Vietnam War. He retired from The Dow Chemical Company in 1993 after 26 years of service. After retirement, Chuck moved to Florida and was able to live near the ocean, a lifetime dream. He was a lover of new cars, his beloved dog, Bentley and enjoyed a meal with good friends, in particular, his breakfast club buddies that met almost weekly.

Chuck is survived by his good friend, Michael Hunter; sister, Nancy Goodsell; nieces, Cathy (Larry) Hanley, Cindy (Don) Long, Cheryl Whitman; and nephew, Craig Goodsell. In addition to his parents Chuck was preceded in death by his brother in law, Eldon "Jack" Goodsell.
