Charles J. Cody

Charles J. Cody, age 69 of Midland, died Monday morning December 26, 2011 at Tendercare in Clare, Michigan. The son of the late Jessie L. and Cora L. (Sams) Cody was born in Harlan, Kentucky on May 19, 1942. Charles had worked as a truck driver for many years.

Surviving is his son, Chuck (Sheila) Cody of Midland; daughter, Brenda Sabias (James Varnadore) of Arizona; grandchildren, Marrigan Cody, Joshua Sabias, Nicole Sabias; great grandchildren, Julie, Audrey, Lucas and
Jessalyn; brothers, Keith (Roz) Cody, Jerry (Terry) Cody all of Arizona; brother in law, Kim Glover of Saginaw. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Ann (Shaffer) Cody in May of 2000; a brother, Jack Cody and a sister, Linda Glover.
