Catherine Thompson

Catherine L. Thompson, age 64 of Midland died at her residence on Saturday, June 15, 2013. Catherine was born on February 13, 1949 in Clarkston where she was raised and educated. On July 19, 1989 she married Noel Thompson in Midland. She had lived in Florida, Wyoming and Louisiana prior to returning to Midland.

Catherine is survived by her husband, Noel Thompson and sons: Matthew Zachary Rivard, Paul Rivard and David Rivard; step children: Noel D. Thompson, Steven Thompson, Jamie Thompson; and one grandson, Cheyenne Rivard. She was predeceased by her first husband, Vinnie Rivard in 1983 and one son Joseph J. Rivard.

Funeral service with committal will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the Homer Twp. Cemetery with Reverend Roger Saltee officiating. Visitation will be from noon until time of service at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the family. Services are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home.
