Carol Ann Moe (Redburn-Stroik), 70, Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt and friend passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer. Carol was born on May 13, 1949 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Leonard and Leona Redburn. She worked at the US Post Office for 33 years and loved spending time with her family and friends more than anything in the world.
Carol leaves behind her husband, LeRoy Moe, two children, Wendy Solomon (Terry) and Shane Stroik, sister Janice (Lee) Perkins and brother, Jerry Redburn (predeceased by her sister Shirley Kabobel). Carol's granddaughters Madison, Savannah and Summer Solomon were the "lights to her days" and she shared a special lifelong bond with Jim Stroik. Carol's close loved ones Betty Clark, Marlene Williams, Terry Solomon, Jerry Kline and Crystal Horneber always made her smile. A special thanks to her niece Jeanette Green for her loving compassionate care. Carol also leaves behind her extended family Bart (Dawn) Moe, Kari Babcock, Brett (Katrina) Moe and grandchildren Brendan, Katherine, Kaitlyn, Tyler and Ashleigh.
A celebration of Carol's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 24, 2019 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home 4210 N. Saginaw Road, Midland, Michigan. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 noon until 2:00pm. In lieu of Flowers memorials may be offered to the Toni and Trish House in Auburn.
