Brenda Lee Norris

Brenda Lee Norris, age 61 of Midland, passed away April 11, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 16, 1963 in Midland to the late Delmer Donahue and Shirley Kuhn. Brenda enjoyed spending time at the West Midland Family Center where she could often be found playing or calling bingo. She also loved being outdoors and going camping.

Her memory will be cherished by her husband of 42 years, Brian Norris Sr.; children, Tasha (Brandon) Bovee, Brian (Betty) Norris Jr.; and sisters; Evelyn Dell, LaDonna Chapman, and Karen Funk. She loved being a grandma and spending time with her grandkids, Taylor Norris, Melody Norris, Adrianna Bovee, Kaitlynn Morr, Kierra Bovee, Skyy Bovee, Izabelle Bovee, Brandon Norris II, and many other children who knew her as nana.

Brenda was welcomed home to heaven by her son, Brandon Norris; mom, Shirley Vinson; dad, Delmer Donahue; grandma, Evelyn Kuhn; sister, Patricia Donahue; and brother in-law, Robert Chapman.

There will be a celebration of Brenda's life held on Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Floyd Church of God, 1015 W. Chippewa River Rd. Midland, MI 48640. The family wishes to thank A & D Hospice and Pastor Dan (Craig Crosby) for their love and support during a difficult time. Memorial contributions may be offered to the wishes of the family.
