Beverly J. Morgan

Beverly J. Morgan, age 84 of Sanford, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center. The daughter of the late Malcolm and Augusta (Main) Mills was born May 13, 1937 in Edmore, Michigan. She married Jay Morgan on August 26, 1955 and they have shared 65 wonderful years together. Beverly was self-employed with an upholstery business. &She worked for Sanford Chiropractic, Kelly Services, and was a Mary Kay Consultant.

Beverly was a social person and loved outings with the Red Hats group and sang with the Sweet Adeline's group from 1979-2005. She was an active member of Sanford United Methodist Church where she participated in the choir along with many duties. She enjoyed shuffle boarding in the winters in Florida, enjoyed line dancing and making quilts for her family. She will be remembered for her bright smile and sense of humor.

Surviving are her husband, Jay Morgan; children, Sherri (Dean) Dubay, Steve (Lynne) Morgan; grandchildren, Brent, Ryan, Joe, Brittany, Paige, Jeremy, Kristin, Michelle, Tyler, Jaymi, Matthew; 11 great grandchildren; son in-law, Terry Clute; sisters, Donna (Bruce) Craner and Charlene (Doug) Todd.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her daughters, Melody Clute and Penny (Paul) Cronkright.

Services to celebrate Beverly's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Sanford United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until the time of service.
