Betty J. Alton, age 85 of Midland, died Thursday August 27, 2015 at Woodland Hospice in Mt. Pleasant. The daughter of the late Walter and Beatrice (Danks) LaLone was born in Oxford, Michigan on February 13, 1930. She enjoyed doing crafts and knitting.
Surviving are her children, Carl (Barb) Decaire, Marilyn (Hank) Schick, Delores Ladd, Karen Yankee, Louis Decaire, Rose (Bob) Elwell, Tina Decaire and friend William Turner; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Lucille Pacholka.
