Bernard F. Wall

Bernard F. Wall, age 88 of Midland, passed away Monday morning September 25, 2017 at Stratford Pines Nursing Home. The son of the late Clarence and Evelyn (Ducham) Wall was born in Merrill, Michigan on November 10, 1928 where he was raised and educated. Bernard had been employed with The Dow Chemical Co. until his retirement in 1986. He was also a farmer in the Coleman area and was very proud of his John Deere B tractor. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, an avid card player, proud of his Irish Heritage, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. On September 26, 1953 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in New Lorthrop, Michigan Bernard married the former Dolores Weisenberger. She died on January 21, 1998.

Surviving is his son, Robert (Jennifer) Wall of Midland; daughters, Doreen (Mike) Schrems of Frankenmuth, Debra Wall, Bernadette (Martin) Cameron all of Midland, Mary (Phil) Lewis of Coleman; grandchildren, Kristin, Kelly, David, Melissa, Megan, Jonathan, Jennifer, Travis; 5 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; brother in law, John Lambert. In addition to his wife and parents, Bernard was preceded in death by siblings, John Wall, Romana Humenchick (Peter), Colleen Lambert, and Danevieve (John) Wentworth.
