Barbara Lynn Iafrate

Barbara Lynn Iafrate, age 59 of Midland died Monday, July 13, 2015 at MidMichigan Medical Center.

The daughter of the late Joel and Clarrisia (Ross) Knapp was born August 5, 1955 in Midland where she was raised and educated. Barbara married David Iafrate September 5, 1981 and after nearly 31 years of marriage he died June 13, 2012. Barbara loved to crochet. She was a devoted, loving grandmother.

Barbara is survived by her sons David Iafrate, II of Tennessee, Dominick (Amber) Iafrate of Midland and Lesslie Iafrate of Midland; daughter Clarrisia Iafrate of Midland; seven grandchildren; brothers Calvin (Barbara) Knapp, Paul (Ruth) Knapp, Albert (Brenda) Knapp, Robert (Janet) Knapp; sisters Cora (Howard) Jones, Pamela (Robert) St. John, Josephine (Delmar) Toner.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by brothers Andrew and Leonard Knapp; sisters Jeannette Krotzer, Phyllis Goodamoot and Loretta Conklin.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Fairfield of Abundant Life Church officiating. Interment will follow in Lee Township Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
