Alma E. Harper, age 67 of Midland died Tuesday, February 2, 2010. In accordance with her wishes there will be no services. Memorials may be offered to the Habitat for Humanity, Midland County or the Literacy Council of Midland. Arrangements are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home
