Allysa Jo Planer

Allysa Jo Planer, age 4, of Midland died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital.
She was born September 16, 2004 in Saginaw to Jeremy Wade Hackworth and Brandi Jo (Planer) Presley.
Allysa is survived by her mother and step father, Brandi Jo and Harold Presley of Midland; her father and step mother, Jeremy and Brittney Hackworth of Chesapeake, Virginia; brother, Taylor Planer, sisters, Jasmine Hackworth and Brooklin Presley; step sister, Isabella Jewel; paternal grandparents, Gary and Judith Hackworth; maternal grandparents, Jill and Bill Bloom; and great grandparents, Willard and Carlene Hoogerhyde.

Funeral services for Allysa will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 19, 2008 from the Open Door Baptist Church with Pastor Jody Ellis officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
