Burial Services

Wilson Miller Funeral Home, Inc. offers several different options when burial is selected. Below are the most common choices families make when arranging a burial service. Our general price list is linked at the bottom of this page so you may have accurate pricing on all options.

Traditional Service with Burial 

Most families choose this option because it gives them lots of time to remember their loved one and visit with family and friends. With traditional burial, the family may have an afternoon and/or evening of viewing with a funeral service to be held the next day. Traditionally those at the funeral service then process to the cemetery for a committal service. 

Simple Service with Burial

Families who choose this option do so because it still offers a visitation and formal funeral service, but in a more simple format. For this option, everything is done on the same day at one location. The viewing is usually held 1 - 2 hours prior to the funeral service and committal service. After the funeral, family is welcome to come to the cemetery and witness the burial, however, there is no formal committal service. 

Graveside Service with Burial

For those who want something both simple yet dignified, a graveside service is best. This is a small service held directly at the cemetery and is usually no longer than 30 minutes. 

Immediate Burial

This service is for those who want to services to be held. For this service the funeral home takes the remains to the cemetery and family is welcome to witness the burial if they so choose.
